FOUR WEEKS IN EUROPE, SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2016
Ahhh Europe, what an absolute dream! I narrowed down over 7000 photos to throw my faves into this photo diary.
I was lucky enough to visit 21 cities in 10 different countries, partly travelling with family and partly on a Contiki tour, but always with my camera in hand. Check out my Instagram for more snaps: https://www.instagram.com/findingx_/
Leaning Tower of stracciatella gelato…?
True friends scale rock walls to take photos like this for other friends.
Trdelnik is like a roll up donut with ice cream. YUM.
Venice stole my heart
Altare della Patria, my favourite building in Rome
The kaleidoscopic cliffside of the Cinque Terre
Burano is a photographer’s dream!
Climb the tower in Verona for these epic views.
Pompeii was such an eye opener – a city buried in volcanic ash that was incredibly well preserved, nothing you’d ever see down my end of the world
Those colours <3
Walls of every single different colour
The Flower Market in Amsterdam
Carcassonne, France || This beautiful town is on the way to Barcelona from Bordeaux, and is a worthwhile addition to any French road trip.
Top tip: Head to the sign at 7am to get a tourist-free photo!
Cheers to Italy and its stunning cities
Where’s the most colourful place in the world you’ve ever been? Burano has to be mine!
Paris (and gelato) is always a good idea
Gimme an Aperol Spritz with a view like this any day! This stunning view is from a super cute Manarola restaurant called Nessun Dorma
This is probably the only photo of Pisa you’ve ever seen without the Leaning Tower in it
So epic seeing world famous landmarks like this one!
The view from Prague Castle
AmsterDAMN, I love you!
Gelato is a gift from the heavens.
It looks like I’m not wearing jeans but I promise I am.
“You may have the universe if I may have Italy” – Giuseppe Verdi
A trip to Burano wouldn’t be complete without a gelato cone
